He can manage all the operations so efficiently and effectively that every member is satisfied with his work. He is also a social worker who donates the poor rural people in the needy village. He has also provided scholarships for the some students who are talented but could not afford for good colleges. He has been guiding many trips since 1991. have climbed some peaks in Nepal called Island Peak, Mera Peak and Yala peak in several trekking regions in the Himalayan areas in Nepal and he have took a special rescue training in the Italian alps for the secure adventure. Have have got the membership and license from the Italian Mounteneering association as well. He is a good cyclist as well, use to runs from Lhasa to Kathmandu plus use to runs via off road mid hills section from Kathmandu to Pokhara and various of difficulties sections. He have successfully trekked all Nepal and Tibet's Himalayas. He is one of the main people of our company to lead the treks especially with the Italian, Spanish French trekkers. He have good knowledge about rafting as well. A Government trained license holder guide have lot’s of Knolodges about cultureal, history divercities and the religions. |

Who has been working in this field more than one decade. He has
experienced all area rout Nepal. Starting from trekking porter, cook and
Sherpa since 1995. Then after has been working trekking guide. Especially
he is keen for exploring nature (flora and fauna) religion culture and work
for nature preserve. He thinks trekking professionals and tourist are
mainly responsible for our countries local nature. So he likes to follow
the discipline all tourism rule all the trek and tour time “our nature is
fragile step gently “with this concept he likes to explore pristine area of
Nepal and support to the local community to develop. During his long times
experienced in this sector he found lots of things has to be done and
change. He knows what kind of service required for our all kinds of
(valuable and non valuable) tourist, so he want to create skillful Nepalese
