| All the services will be conducted as per the agreement that are signed by the guest and the company management, however, if there arises some unforeseen difficulties while the programmers were being held because of war hostiles, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, quarantine sorts of un predictable incidents and on going programmes are to be stopped wholly or partially in between, that would be understood as problems going out of control of the company that in such circumstances, the company will not be able to return the payment to the guest, likewise, if any of the programmes are to be withdrawn or shortened because of some unforeseen problems like change in flight schedule, delay or cancellation in flights for the guest to go to countries like Tibet, Bhutan, that also considered to be the problem exceeding beyond the control of the company that the company will not be able to return the payment to the guest that it received. |
